Join us for a heart-opening experience at our Cacao & Connection Ceremony! This in-person event will take place at our beautiful coastal cottages located at 7817 Exchange Pl in San Diego, California.

Immerse yourself in the magic of cacao as we come together to connect, share, and create meaningful bonds. We will share authentic ceremonial cacao from Guatemala, before guiding you through several fun exercises to foster human connection.

Think trust leans, eye gazing, and nature walks!

This ceremony is a beautiful opportunity to open your heart and experience the power of community. We will begin with a serving of cacao and a journal prompt to set your intentions. Then we'll guide you through a 15-minute breathwork exercise to connect you with your physical body, before guiding you through several exercises designed to help you connect with the other attendees.

What to bring to the event:

• A yoga mat and/or blanket to sit on the grass

• A water bottle

• A journal and pen

• Comfortable clothing

• An open mind and an open heart!
