This Weekend Retreat, set at our beautiful beachside cottages in La Jolla, invites you to honor life’s transitions, let go of what no longer serves you, and align with your highest vision for 2025.
Guided by our team of expert facilitators in an intimate, supportive environment, this Weekend Retreat combines transformational practices with the restorative power of nature. 💙 Over three days, you’ll experience profound personal growth through guided psychedelic journeys, intentional movement, reflective practices, and community connectedness.
Weekend Retreat Schedule:
Friday, December 20: 12-8 pm
Opening Circle to connect as a group & set our intentions for the weekend.
Personal 5-MEO-DMT session, facilitated one-on-one or in pairs by Dr. Tomas Frymann: connect to cosmic unity & your higher vision.
Saturday, December 21: 9 am-9 pm
Guided group psilocybin experience (using music and eye shades) — giving you space to explore, release, and connect.
Sunday, December 22: 10 am-2 pm
Integration Day! Ground your insights and prepare to carry them with you into the New Year.
Practices will include yoga & meditation led by Emma, dance guided by Tomas, and a group sharing circle for reflections.
