Join us for a fun afternoon of yoga, dance, and connection! Emma will guide an embodiment flow on the cottage lawn, inspiring attunement to our inner landscapes and each other. There will also be space to share through open conversation.

Bring a yoga mat and a bathing suit... since we'll have the opportunity to wade into the waters of La Jolla Cove (just a 3-minute walk from the cottages) after we move together. All female-identifying beings are welcome to join the circle. Bring your local friends, and come ready to meet your new sisters.
